Appointment
Appointments can be made via the website, the appointment booking system, or another agreed-upon channel.

Cancellations and unused time slots
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Appointments canceled late or not canceled at all may be charged the full price of the service.

Payment

Gift Cards
Gift cards are valid for the period indicated on the card.
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
Lost or expired gift cards will not be replaced.
