Our goal is to help you achieve balance in your life and find new, sustainable ways to take care of yourself – whether it’s through healthy food choices, stress management, or strengthening the connection between your body and mind. Together with Shifa, we offer you professional support and personal guidance that leads you to a better quality of life.

Would you like well-being from the inside out?

I’m Anna-Kaisa, a licensed nutrition therapist and yoga instructor, and my goal is to help you find a holistic sense of well-being that starts from within and shows outwardly, for example, through energy and a positive mood.

I specialize in gut health and irritable bowel syndrome, but due to my diverse background, I also have deep knowledge of various chronic diseases (such as heart disease, diabetes), weight management, and the composition of a vegan diet.

I’ve helped clients at various life stages – from babies to adults – and I offer a warm and individual approach. Together, we’ll find the best ways to support your health without needing to give up your favorite foods or make sudden, large changes in your life.
